A diverse selection of media was chosen and used to promote the weddings aspect of Clandeboye Lodge’s experience and expertise in arranging and managing wedding receptions.

 

Television, print and online advertising were used in conjunction with social media such as Facebook and YouTube.

 

Viewers were driven to the microsite via TV and Facebook advertising, and from there to the main website for bookings.

 

Results proved that the benefits of engaging customers socially had a great impact on the reputation of both the brand and the Hotel's reputation for expertise in weddings.
